For some time evidently the client mass mailer has not supported email addresses with commas in them, i.e. the client user email field has a comma in it. If a client complains that they did not get a mass email and they have a comma in their email address field, this is why! If they want two emails, they need separate client user accounts. Worse, the first time one of these comma delimited addresses is encountered, all subsequent recipients fail. I have updated the client mass mailer so it detects and ignores addresses with commas in them, so the client mass mailer now works correctly. Enjoy.

Because of the many cleaning projects in the data center, the microwave and fridge have now been moved to the first cubicle on the left as you enter the cubicles. The fridge is now clean and will be available as of today. Please clean up after yourselves so we do not need to shut it down again.

Thank you.

There has been a slight addition to Server Monitoring. You can now monitor the MySQL(3306) and MS-SQL(1433) TCP ports. Just go into server config and check the box(es), submit, and wait a few minutes for them to get hit in the next poll cycle.

I have created two pages that contain a list of all machines that are on maintenance holds, and maintenance repairs. You can find those two links under System Admin (Server) page. Servers can be deleted, and status can be modified as well. Also server name, IP address, and company name are storable for your convince.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks.

Net2EZ has a client(Nexion) that we are to provide managed services for. When this client calls in, they will walk you through a step by step process on fixing their problems. You will need to go to their office to perform the managed services. Their office is located two doors down from the exit door in our cubicle area room. The instruction for their contact and network layout is located on the public drive in \Customer Documents\Nexion. The key card to access their facility is located in the NOC key box. Make sure you carry a portable phone with you when heading to their office.
