MARTINI

2 oz.  Gin or Vodka

1/2 tsp. dry vermouth or to taste

Olive or lemon twist

Shake and strain into Cocktail or Martini glass.

 

MARGARITA

1 oz. Tequila

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice

Rub rim of cocktail glass with rind of lime or lemon. Dip in salt.  Shake and strain ingredients into Cocktail glass

 

BLODDY MARY

Pinch of celery salt

Several dashes Tabasco sauce

4-6 oz. Tomato juice

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp. dill  (fresh or dried)

1 1/2 oz.  Vodka

1 tsp. lemon juice

Pinch fresh ground black pepper

Stir well with ice and serve in Collins glass

 

MANHATTAN

1/4-1/2 oz. sweet vermouth

1 1/2 oz.  Canadian whisky

Dash  Angostura bitters

Cherry Brandy

Stir and strain into a Cocktail glass.

 

PINA COLADA

4 oz. pineapple juice

1 1/2 oz. coconut cream

1 1/2 oz. gold rum

Cherry Brandy

Pineapple stick

Shake all except cherry brandy and serve with ice in Collins glass.

 

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

3 oz.  Sweet-and-sour mix

1/4 oz. white crème de menthe

1/2 oz.  Gin

1/2 oz.  Vodka

1/2 oz. white rum

1/2 oz. white tequila

Cola

Lemon wedge

Mint sprigs

Mix all ingredients (except cola, lemon, and mint) with ice in a blender.  Pour in Collins glass with ice and add other ingredients, stir.

 

SINGAPORE SLING

1 1/2 oz.  Gin

1 oz. cherry brandy

Dash  Benedictine

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Lemon slice

Mint sprigs

Club Soda

Shake and strain into Collins glass and then add club soda.

 

BETWEEN THE SHEETS

3/4 oz. brandy

3/4 oz.  Cointreau

3/4 oz. light rum

1/2 oz. lemon juice

Shake and strain into cocktail glass.

 

WHITE LADY

3/4 oz.  Cointreau

3/4 oz. lemon juice

1 1/2 oz.  Gin

Shake and strain into cocktail glass

 

TEQUILA SUNRISE

3/4 oz. grenadine

3 oz. orange juice

1 1/2 oz.  Tequila

Juice of 1/2 lime

Lime slice

Shake all except grenadine and serve in Collins glass with ice.
